Looking for an energetic candidate with experience in documenting as-built conditions and proficient in CAD. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience, and be able to work and coordinate with professionals and development/ construction team at the job site. Candidate will work closely with architect and engineer of record.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Work closely with designers/architects/engineers, contractors and subcontractors to coordinate architectural/ engineering elements into overall project plans.
Problem Solving: Identify and address engineering challenges, providing effective and practical solutions.
Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders to convey design concepts, specifications, and project progress.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and precision of architectural deliverables.
CAD Proficiency: Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
